SamSari is happy to be part of an exciting new change initiative for a new client, Alcatel-Lucent; a global communications company with headquarters in Paris. The program aims to change the way Sales and Marketing operates by implementing a new platform for how to drive its customer relationships. During the first part of the project, the focus lies on creating buy-in and understanding of the initiative throughout the organization. To create momentum, SamSari is producing a high-impact urgency film, an effective means of explaining the need for change and inspiring employees to take on the new customer approach. Simultaneously, SamSari is also supporting Alcatel-Lucent in creating a roadmap for how to implement the new program and drive Sales and Marketing employees' adoption of the new ways of working over the coming year.
