Last week, SamSari was in Nynäshamn to energize 120 process leaders from SISU Idrottsutbildarna. During 90 minutes, SamSari’s senior project manager Lina Palmer held a workshop on how to implement change initiatives, and provided insights on the mechanisms of change, both on an individual and an organizational level. The workshop mixed presentations and demonstrations from some of SamSari’s previous change programs with dynamic discussions on how SISU Idrottsutbildarna can offer more support to their “customers”, i.e. non-profit sports organizations around Sweden.
“It was inspiring to meet this dedicated crowd, being so passionate about what they do as they are," says Lina. "It was also especially interesting to discuss potential differences between leading change in a corporate environment compared to initiatives within the non-profit sector, since this is a sector which SamSari doesn't have as much experience of so far.”
