Chairman of the board

Johan Bygge is currently Chief Financial Officer of Investor AB. He joined Investor AB in 2007 and has been a member of the Management Group since then.Johan Bygge holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration, Stockholm School of Economics. Johan Bygge has served with Electrolux during 1987-2006 and held various roles, CEO Electrolux Major Appliance Europe and Asia Pacific (2004-2006), CEO Electrolux Major Appliance International, including operations outside of Europe and North America (2003-2004), CEO Electrolux Consumer Outdoor Products outside of North America (2001-2003), Chief Financial Officer for The Electrolux Group (2000-2001), Chief Administrative Officer for the Electrolux Group (1994-2000), Corporate Controller (1987-1994). During 1983-1987 he served with Ericsson as Deputy Group Treasurer (1985-1987) and Deputy Group Controller (1983-1985).

Pia Anderberg

Pia Anderberg

Pia Anderberg is the CEO of Act Group AB. In May 2010 and started up a new company together with Investor called Act Group AB. Act Group bought SamSari AB in June 2010. Pia Anderberg has a M.Sc. from the University of Uppsala (Sweden) in 1987. Pia started her career as a macro economist for Riksrevisionsverket and then within the financial sector.1990, she joined the newly started business simulation company, BTS Group AB. During her 14 years at the BTS Group she held a number of positions with the company, such as VP Development, VP Sales, CEO BTS Nordic and Market Area Manager Europe. She was also part of the team listing BTS Group on the Stockholm StockExchange, 2001. 2004 she joined Investor AB.  2005 Pia and two partners bought 50% of Novare from Investor. Novare consists of 8 companies in the field of HR. The company has had a profitable growth of approx 300% 2005-2009. In 2005 she founded one of the biggest female networks for top managers in Sweden and 2009 the biggest mentor program in Sweden (2010, 360 people participated in the program) together with Veckans Affärer.

Ulrika Strömberg

Ulrika Strömberg

Ulrika Strömberg is currently the Chairman of Arbetsmiljöforum, a publishing company and she also heads a security company, PRE Risk & Crisis Management, as well as being part of the management team of Theia, a business angel fund.
has a M.Sc. in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics and a CFA from IFL Sigtuna. She has during the last 22 years mainly been working in investment banking and entrepreneurial positions. Ulrika Strömberg served at Alfred Berg as Financial Analyst (90-93), Strategic Product Manager of Consultancy services and Business Project Manager of Business Operations Support Services in Europe and Africa at Ericsson (93-97), Carnegies Corporate Finance team as IT/Telecom Sector Manager. (97-99) and in 1999 she joined a group of investors and has since then been involved in several growth companies.

Oscar Unger Stege

Oscar Unger Stege

Oscar Stege Unger is since 2009 Head of Corporate Communication at Investor AB. Oscar joined Investor AB’s Corporate Communications department in 2000 and become Head of Investor Relations in 2004.

Before joining Investor Oscar founded thee-learning startup company C-more Education in 1999. Oscar Stege Unger has a Bachelor of Social Science with a major in Business Administration, Stockholm University, and Bachelor of Science in Economics, Stockholm University, Sweden.
